DESCRIPTION: Are you looking for a challenging career? Are you adaptable, curious, and persistent to achieve great results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Amazon's team is looking for New Account Managers to join its team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Your role will focus on contributing to new acquisition (50% of the time) through hunting, specifically phone/email-based prospecting and recruiting of new merchants who can bring their range of products, competitive pricing, and availability to Amazon. You will also work with merchants as an account manager (50% of the time) - helping them to launch and grow on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazon's products, services, systems, and tools. Lastly, you will use feedback from merchants to identify opportunities to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools. Key job responsibilities Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants via phone or email Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to meet or exceed quarterly targets Partner with new merchants, providing insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon Work closely with new merchants, educating them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to manage their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently Understand your categories to spot trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to tailor your pitch and advice Track and report development results, analyze reports, and interpret data for your merchant portfolio Prioritize your time effectively to achieve targets in a KPI-driven environment BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - 6+ months of sales experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
