Qualifications ꔷ 7+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce industry, or digital B2B trade. ꔷ Proven track record in leading teams and driving business growth in Brazil. ꔷ Strong understanding of the Brazilian export ecosystem, cross-border trade, and digital transformation. ꔷ Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker, and execution-oriented. ꔷ Fluent in English and Mandarin (Portuguese is a plus). ꔷ Bachelor's degree required; Master’s in Business, International Trade, or related field is preferred.
