We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business
Development Representative (BDR) with experience in B2B SaaS sales and
native-level English fluency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate qualified B2B leads
- Book discovery calls and hand off prospects to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up consistently
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Strong cold calling background (mandatory)
- Native or near-native English fluency
- Comfortable working EST hours
- Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive
