BPO Business Development Representative - BRASILDeadline:21/08/2025The BPO Business Development Representative (BDR) is a highly self-motivated individual with an established network of buyer contacts within the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry, and at least two years' experience.This remote role requires the BDR to prospect and identify potential clients for BPO services, generating opportunities and sales.Key responsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle, generating 36 prospects and 12 leads per quarter within their network of buyer contacts, as well as through chambers and events.Qualify leads based on SPIN & BANT guidelines and Solution Selling methodology.Close sales totaling 1 million USD in the first half, 2 million USD in the second, and 5 million USD in the second year.Organize activities in HubSpot CRM and present weekly management reports.Build strong relationships with buyer contacts, chambers, event providers, and the public sector.Collaborate effectively across departments to achieve success.Qualifications and skillsLanguage proficiency: English C1, Spanish C1, Portuguese is a plus.Resident in Brazil, with full availability to travel within the country.Proven success in BPO sales with a minimum of two years' experience.Strong understanding of BPO services, AI solutions, and their applications.Familiarity with SPIN and BANT guidelines for lead qualification.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, independent, and capable of working remotely.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.Proficient with CRM tools and sales prospecting software.What we offerAnnual fixed income plus commissions, totaling over 60,000 USD.Long-term career development and learning opportunities.A motivating, collaborative, inclusive work environment.The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional skilled in engaging buyer contacts for BPO and AI opportunities, and capable of building lasting relationships to contribute to the company's growth in the BPO industry.Personal InformationUpload photo, specify gender, email, and expected salary in USD.By submitting, you agree to ourPrivacy NoticeandPersonal Data Protection Policy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
