At this point, Zelh is looking for a **Logistics Tracker / Booking Specialist**for one of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and track freight shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring real-time status updates and issue resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers and carriers to confirm transit progress and address delays or disruptions.
- Book loads with qualified carriers, negotiating rates and securing capacity for both contracted and spot freight.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective service.
- Use McLeod software to manage load tracking, documentation, and carrier assignment efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal operations, dispatch, and sales teams to align on shipment requirements and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer service standards throughout the booking and tracking process.
- Provide timely updates and reporting on freight movements, exceptions, and carrier performance.
- ** 2+ years of experience** in a truckload carrier sales role within the US-US market(required)
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (required)
- Experience with track and trace responsibilities, including real-time shipment monitoring and issue resolution
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills in carrier sales and coordination
- Hands-on experience with **McLeod TMS**
- Ability to identify, recruit, and onboard new carriers to optimize transportation costs
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage both administrative and sales-related tasks
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external correspondence
- Working knowledge of logistics operations, transportation modes, and freight management is preferred

- Working schedule - Mon-Fri 10am -7pm CST
