Well, look no further WebCreek is currently seeking a Power Platform Developer with over three years of experience and excellent English communication skills. This role offers a 100% remote position in Latin America.

**What You'll Do**
- Demonstrate experience in developing new PowerApps, including model-driven and canvas-driven apps, as well as enhancing existing apps.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in designing user-friendly workflows and processes while considering the impact of licensing and data transfer costs.
- Offer support and guidance to users on Power Platform features and functionalities.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot challenges as they arise.
- Assist in promoting the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform.
- Design, develop, and customize team sites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows.
- Understand how to construct apps that leverage SharePoint lists and integration, demonstrating experience in making these connections and knowing when and how to architect this type of integration.
- Develop Azure Logic Apps and functions, as well as work on Power BI development.
- Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365.
- Design end-to-end solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
- Possess the ability to create business processes and custom connectors for Microsoft Power Automate/Flow.

**What You Have**
- **A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.**:

- Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI.
- Demonstrated project experience in developing solutions using the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate / Flow, Power BI).
- **Proficiency in.Net development, including C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.**:

- **At least 3 years of experience with Office 365 development, utilizing PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online.**:

- Foundational knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange, Intune, and Azure AD.
- Ability to create business processes and custom connectors using Microsoft Flow.
- A clear understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods.
- Proficiency in creating PowerShell scripts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint (2010/2013/2016/2019/Online), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Intune, Azure, and PowerShell.
