**Whom you’ll work with**:
Our client, a proficient expert in intricate networks, delivers round-the-clock services encompassing configuration, monitoring, security, and documentation. The synergy of their cutting-edge systems, streamlined processes, committed client managers, adept network engineers, and the Global Network Operations Centre (GNOC) enables them to efficiently diagnose, resolve, and meticulously record all intricate on-site network challenges. With more than two decades of industry experience, Reivernet has excelled in designing, constructing, configuring, and overseeing complex networks for a diverse clientele of over 650 hotels spanning 35 countries, inclusive of the world's leading hotel brands.
The
- **Sales Support Specialist's** role is a key role that co-ordinates the various components of the sales cycle. Their key responsibilities include managing the partner platform, tracking sales opportunities, coordinating partner proposal responses, scheduling site surveys and ensuring customer deadlines for responses are met.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Demonstrated progressive experience in B2B sales.
- Expertise at an advanced level in the Windows Platform Suite, particularly in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Power Automate would be a plus.
- Must possess the skills, experience, and personal qualities required to succeed in this role:
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and solid experience working with stakeholders (both technical and non-technical, internal and external).
- Effective communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with partners.
- Driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
- Attention to detail.
- Impeccable problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Understanding of indirect channel business models.
- Strong analysis and reporting skills.
- Demonstrated experience in Windows environments, multi-site and local networking concepts, and cloud-based technologies.
- Experience working in a global role.
- Business-level English proficiency is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to network and build relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Dynamic, self-motivated individual with passion, integrity, and energy.
- Nice to haves:
- A strong balance between soft and technical skills with a passion for customer service-oriented delivery.
- Sales experience would be a plus.
- Being bi-lingual is a plus.

- Primarily administering the Partner Platform.
- Engaging with Partners and Sales Managers around the globe as part of your administration duties.
- Spending time on various tasks, including:
- Updating and training.
- Communicating with stakeholders.
- Creating and updating marketing material.
- Updating technical documentation.
- Generating reports.
- Engaging with Executive management.
- Keeping the platform up to date by engaging with most operational departments of Reivernet, as well as some in other RGC businesses.
- Working with the Sales team, our Partners, and the Reivernet Technical team on a daily basis.
