- Position Description:

- Adjusts machines for a specific product type as needed, based on issued work orders.
- Assembles semi-finished products, subassemblies, and finished products.
- Typically manufactures moderately complex products on moderately complex production lines, based on written work instructions, generally without supervision unless otherwise specified in the work instructions.
- Reports any detected deficiencies during work to the employee responsible for managing the production line.
- Reports on work progress to the employee responsible for managing the production line.
- Collaborates with maintenance staff by providing information about equipment, participating in fault resolution, and other related tasks.
- Inspects product quality after production.
- Removes, labels, and separates non-conforming materials/parts from conforming ones.
- Responsible for reporting and sorting waste produced during the production process.
- Keeps statistics on errors occurring on the production line.
- Required to verify the material and semi-finished product codes against the work order if the job position requires it.
- Responsible for properly and regularly filling out production documentation (work orders, scrap lists, control plans) and promptly submitting them if required by the job position.
- Responsible for following procedures and instructions for operating machines and associated tools.
- Conducts daily and weekly inspections of machine functionality and cleanliness according to defined control checklists, if required by the job position.
- Ensures the work area and workstation are kept clean and orderly daily.
- Accountable for the quality of their work, precision, accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.
- Occasionally operates a passenger vehicle at the Employer’s request, such as for business trips, but only if qualified to drive and meeting all legal requirements.
- Performs other tasks assigned by superiors that align with their qualifications and professional expertise, in cases such as temporary employee absence, temporary workload increases, or other justified circumstances.

Position Requirements (nice to have & must have):

- Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Two years of work experience in similar roles, good eyesight with color recognition, hand dexterity, technical skills, and basic ability to read and understand technical drawings, diagrams, and manuals.
- Preferred/Desired Requirements

The employee must have at least a Level I qualification or Level II technical requalification, attention to detail, cooperativeness, collegiality, and organizational skills for managing their own and others' work.
