Motec is part of AMETEK Inc, a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical products.
- To strengthen our Finance department we are looking for a full-time dedicated **Accounts Receivable Accountant (M/F/d)**

**What tasks await you?**
- Accurately process and post business transactions in the accounting system.
- Ensure daily posting of incoming payments and automated processing of payment advices.
- Clarify and reconcile non-allocable payments or discrepancies in payment advices.
- Handle customer inquiries related to AR, transfer postings, and account maintenance.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection - weekly dunning
- Execute the weekly payment run with accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement measures to design and improve workflows and processes.
- Support the team in forecasting workflows related to receivables and payment cycles.
- Provide financial insights and data to improve predictability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business controllers to align financial tracking with business objectives.

**What do we expect from you?**
- Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk or equivalent training as well as functionally relevant professional experience
- Relevant professional experience in the relevant specialist area
- Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
- Very good knowledge of English good knowledge of German
- Knowledge of MS Navision would be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility as well as a solution-oriented way of working
- Customer-oriented communication skills
- Team spirit as well as independent way of working in a global environment
