KTO is seeking a highly experienced and strategic **Head of Media Investments** to lead our media strategy and investments in Brazil. This is a senior-level role reporting directly to the Marketing Leadership and will play a critical part in shaping and executing our campaign roadmap in alignment with product, BI, and research teams.

This role is not about waiting for instructions — it's about **leading from the front**. You will be expected to proactively join product and operations meetings, understand business priorities, and translate them into smart, ROI-driven media investment strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Media Planning**: Develop and own the media investment strategy across all funnel stages — awareness, consideration, and conversion — with a strong focus on measurable performance.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with BI, research, and product teams to understand upcoming campaigns, product launches, and state-level priorities.
- ** Campaign & Channel Insights**: Use historical data and market trends to identify high-impact media channels and propose investment strategies that deliver strong ROI.
- ** Roadmap Influence**: Participate in roadmap discussions and help shape media plans from inception, aligning with the company’s state-level expansion and growth goals in southern Brazil.
- ** Expectation Management**: Act as a key liaison between product and studio teams, ensuring campaign deliverables and media plans are aligned in scope, timeline, and impact.
- ** Performance Tracking**: Monitor, analyze, and report on media investment performance, continually optimizing for efficiency and scale.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** 5 to 10+ years of experience** in media planning/buying or performance marketing, ideally with a strong background in both digital and offline media.
- ** Strong presence and leadership skills**, with the ability to influence at the executive level and steer cross-functional discussions.
- ** Deep understanding of the Brazilian market**, especially media behaviors and regional nuances, particularly in the South.
- ** Fluent in English and Portuguese** — must be able to participate in global meetings and write strategy documents in English.
- Proven track record of driving ROI-positive media investments.
- Data-savvy, with an ability to turn insights into action and investment cases.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you’re expected to make decisions and drive initiatives forward.
