**Preferred Qualifications**

This position is to become a member of CAGBU LAD consulting team responsible for contributing from the Solution, Product functional, and technical aspects of the sales process and business practices throughout the sales cycle.

We are looking for a consulting professional who understands Business Support Systems (**BSS**) solutions, products, industry best practices, business processes within the Communications product family. Works directly with Communications Consulting sales to perform varied duties and tasks requiring independent judgment to propose Oracle products and solutions to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements. Fluent with the industry processes like eTOM, TM Forum, SID Model, etc. is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

- Contributes to statements of work, work breakdown structures, level of effort, and staff plans.
- Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers.
- Responsible for transitioning deal knowledge to the implementation team.
- Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge.
- Working closely with Subject Matter Experts from the delivery organization, product managers, product architects, and designers to establish and implement an integrated solution
- Participates in business development activities.
- Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
- This position requires you to work as part of a global team collaborating with product, delivery, and sales personnel.

**Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience in **BRM** or Billing implementations.
- A strong understanding of the Billing processes;** pricing, invoicing, payments, General Ledger, Collections, Billing.**:

- Knowledge around Billing and business domains
- Support the Communications Consulting teams throughout the LAD region to successfully position and sell solutions in the **Billing** and **Charging** domains for Communications industry.
- Demonstrating experience in some the following BRM components:

- BRM Base Server
- Pipeline and Solution integration
- Advanced Discounting
- Revenue Assurance
- Usage Based Billing
- Real time rating
- Customer Center
- BRM Web Services/API set
- Product Pricing design Center

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**:
5-6 years of experience relevant to this position, including 3-4 years of consulting experience preferred. Telco-related Solution or Product expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.

Researches and creates specific proposal contents. Responds to client queries and meets their expectations during the sales cycle. Follows the prescribed sales process and business practices throughout the sales cycle. Contributes deliverables in support of closing the sale.
