**Brazil: São Paulo or São Jose dos Campos or Colombia: Bogota or Argentina: Buenos Aires or Panama City or Mexico: CDMX.**

**Purpose**:
Janssen Cilag is recruiting for a Health Care Compliance Specialist, any Latin America cluster, preferable in Colombia or Panamá.

The employee will drive the compliance program for Janssen LATAM and Clusters Organization, supporting the development and organization of trainings, transaction approvals, testing and other HCC functions. They will report to the regional HCC manager.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Conduct HCC due diligence reviews and approvals for critical interaction with Health Care Professionals & Government Officials through third-parties
- Be a trust advisor to the business in the reviewing of local transactions, requests, and documentation.
- Play an active role on the follow-up of mitigation plans and update HCC softwares (Epic, HighBond, blueprint).
- Perform monitoring activities to ensure compliance with government, legal and company HCC standards
- Develop and collect compliance metrics to be presented in the Compliance committees at a clusters level
- Recommend, support, and approve projects, activities and mitigation plans involving interactions with Association Groups
- Build, harmonize and implement HCC written policies and procedures on an ongoing basis and roll-out transactional communication plans, training sessions, and the own the HCC Annual Training for all clusters
- Lead in the implementation of transactional audit recommendations to all clusters
- Participate in regional and cross-sector projects/initiatives, collaborating with regional pharma and local cross sector community to share approaches to HCC

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications and requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or health related.
- Experience working in a corporate environment, healthcare industry is desired (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and/or Consumer products).
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and industry standards is a benefit
- Analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle issues in an open and constructive manner and to work consistently under time pressure
- Consistent record in delivering results, self-starter and skills to run complexity
- Proficient in Spanish, Intermediate english is desirable
- Monitoring and data insights experience using tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Microsoft Excel skills
- Easily understanding and handle new systems
