**Senior UX Designer**:
This role is responsible for creating compelling User Experience Design, both visual and interactional or coordinating, planning and executing User Experience Research activities for the organization's products across platforms including web and mobile. User Experience Design associates will work across stakeholder groups and with internal and external customers, the role must understand and analyze user needs and translate those needs into usable, valuable and desirable user interface designs and flows. User Experience Research associates will focus on usability tests, card sorts, surveys, focus groups, interviews, task analysis, field and crowd sourcing user research for complex organization's products and services. This individual identifies the appropriate user experience research methods/activities for each project, and is responsible for designing, planning, performing and communicating the results of research studies to stakeholders and project teams.

This position requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives mínimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Desired BA/BS degree - or equivalent in education and experience.
**Experience**: Desired a strong experience in equivalent or similar area.

**Fuctional Knowledge**: Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
**Business Expertise**: Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competitions and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
**Leadership**:Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
**Problem Solving**: Be able to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
**Interpersonal Skills**:Communication - Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
