Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in Sales Operations or Product Strategy.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in stakeholder management, influencing and project management (including execution, multi-tasking, delegating and working across various functions to rally teams around common goals).
- Understanding of the Search landscape in Brazil.
- Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives, operating with little guidance.
- Excellent communication skills cross-functionally with all levels of management both in the sales and product organizations.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Americas Go-To-Market team partners with multiple stakeholders to create and deploy product and sales strategies that drive customer success and Google’s growth. In this role, you'll partner closely with Product, Sales, Comms, gTech, Marketing, Policy, and other teams to shape the product roadmap and drive the user success and engagement strategy for critical products and initiatives.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate across sales functions within Global Business Organization, aligning with Marketing and Partnerships, to create a shared view of country needs to provide market insights and inform product prioritization.
- Partner with Google Product Leads and regional Go-To-Market teams to facilitate executive reviews and planning processes.
- Define strategic initiatives, align in-country leadership on key performance indicators.
- Communicate launches and changes to local cross-functional stakeholders.
