Essa é uma vaga para atuar em um time compartilhado, atendendo marcas que acabaram de chegar por aqui O Community Manager nessa posição dividirá seu tempo entre o perfil institucional da agência e o suporte necessário às demais contas da casa. Aqui, suas responsabilidades vão desde a criação e agendamento de conteúdos mensais, até a gestão dos canais sociais e monitoramento das interações. Atividades: - Organizar o calendário de publicação;
- Organizar pautas mensais (Redes Sociais e Blog);
- Criação do conteúdo e do briefing base para a criação das peças visuais;
- Revisar, agendar e acompanhar os conteúdos de ponta-a-ponta antes e após a publicação nos canais sociais;
- Acompanhar os perfis sociais dos principais concorrentes;
- Acompanhar a performance das páginas dos clientes propondo oportunidades;
- Gerenciar influenciadores em campanhas sazonais;
- Suporte na criação de apresentação (Campanhas Extras e Concorrência);
- Apoio na organização do calendário Institucional de eventos B-Young;
- Apoio em captação/Gravação;
- Apoio ao analista de mídia e métricas no desenvolvimento de formatos para campanhas pagas.
Desejável Experiência com gerenciamento de redes sociais. Conhecimento de ferramentas de social; Domínio de PowerPoint; Capacidade de analisar dados e gerar métricas; Inglês.
Outras Informações Contrato inicial de 12 meses Disponibilidade para visitas pontuais no escritório
