WM System Process Manager

**What are your main tasks?**:

- **Optimize WM Processes** - Analyze and improve SAP WM/EWM, MES, and automation system processes across receipt, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- ** Project Management** - Lead WM and automation projects from planning to implementation, across multiple sites.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration** - Work with logistics, operations, and IT teams to align system enhancements with business goals.
- ** Change Management** - Drive user adoption and manage change during system rollouts and upgrades.
- ** Performance Monitoring** - Develop KPIs and dashboards to track automation throughput, inventory accuracy, and system integration.
- ** Training & Support** - Train warehouse and logistics personnel on SAP WM/EWM and automation best practices.

**What are your qualifications?**:

- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3-5 years in SAP WM/EWM, warehouse automation, and MES environments, with a focus on logistics process improvement.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies in warehouse/logistics environments.
- Skilled in process mapping, KPI tracking, and data analysis related to warehouse performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities; high attention to detail.
