DAnalista Sr. de Desenvolvimento e Aplicações para Sugar Reduction na Ingredion - Be What's Next
Na função de Analista Sr. de Desenvolvimento e Aplicações para Sugar Reduction, você fará parte de um time INcrível no Idea Labs. Você terá como base nossa planta de Mogi Guaçu/SP, reportando-se para um Especialista da plataforma de Sugar Reduction. Você será responsável por suportar a estratégia de crescimento da plataforma de
_dulçores e redutores de açúcar._
Como parte do seu time de Idea Labs, suas responsabilidades serão:
- Interface Tecnológica: responsável pelo desenvolvimento e execução da plataforma de crescimento a médio/longo prazo e do pipeline de soluções de categoria de redução de açucares, mantendo interface com times técnicos cross-category na região da América do Sul e do restante do mundo.
- Expertise na categoria: desenvolver e impulsionar os conhecimentos técnicos na categoria influenciando com eficiencia o desenvolvimento da plataforma
- Transferência de conhecimento: interagir com times de outras regiões, buscando conhecimento mais aprofundado da plataforma e identificando oportunidades para todas as categorias (lacteos, carneos, bebidas, etc).
Qual perfil buscamos?
- Formação completa em Engenharia de Alimentos, Engenharia Química, Química, Farmácia e áreas correlatas;
- Experiência prévia com cientista de alimentos na formulação com adoçantes, dulcores, edulcorantes - seja em Pesquisa Aplicada ou Desenvolvimento de Aplicações de Ingredientes;
- Falar inglês avançado e espanhol intermediário são necessários;
