**HSE**:

- Implement and reinforce the HSE policy of the affiliate and ensure that the affiliate HSE objectives are achieved
- Ensure technical means and associated operational guidelines are in place to respect commitment for any reject to sea and gas flaring
- Ensure safety and environmental protection regulations and instructions are part of the basis for technical studies
- Ensure DGS and audits cards issued with actions related to his Discipline are treated with adequate priority
- Support the GHG reduction in operations
- The employee shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, the environment and Company’s assets and reputation.

**Flow assurance**
- Ensure close monitoring of flowlines & risers flow diagnostics and propose corrective actions
- Assist site on daily operations by giving guidelines and revising operating procedures to make sure it is optimized
- Recommend solutions & define flow assurance requirements for medium to long term production optimization
- Ensure flow assurance inputs for studies are updated in accordance with latest documentation
- Make sure production fluids database is updated
- Define studies´ methodology to answer to flow assurance related questions in an optimized way
- Guarantee the technical expertise of flow assurance studies, respecting deadlines
- Liaise with flow assurance specialists in TotalEnergy HQ for specialities related studies
- Make sure that flow assurance documentation issued in the affiliate are in accordance with Company Rules and International Standards
- Contribute to projects related studies by providing necessary inputs for studies and supporting operations related decision
- Provide feedback to HQ and other affiliates (issuing TREX) in relevant topics related to flow assurance
- Support Treatment engineer on the update of production chemistry documentation & follow-up of studies done by HQ
- Make sure yearly well pressure tests schedule are performed (PREMONIT)
- Ensure the quality of Well modelling (PROSPER, GAP, etc) by validating hypothesis per well with field data history
- Provide Site with Well Monthly guidelines (Production potential, shortfalls, shutdowns, routine testing, eruptivity follow-up, etc)
- Keep Well Operating guidelines updated (guidelines to well testing, cleaning operations, Flow assurance parameters to be follow-up)
- Review Well Production KPI and promote actions to improve wells production and injection achieving budget objectives
- Ensure close monitoring of wells flow diagnostics and propose corrective actions
- Coordinate the Production Performance Group: liaise with other entities to identify well production performance opportunities

**Facilities Integrity**
- Contribute to the FO annual work program (Production, testing, Shut-downs, etc)
- Support integrity lead engineer by performing studies or providing input data for studies
- Support integrity lead on the monitoring of critical parameters defined by DGS

**Budget**:

- Contribute to the preparation of operations OPEX budgets (IB and PDC’s)
- Assist defining the yearly production for well and network operations thus contributing to the FO budget
- Propose and promote actions leading to operating cost (OPEX) reduction

**Management System & Interfaces**:

- Contribute to the sustainability of the Field Operation Management System (FOMS)
- Contribute to the elaboration of the annual field operation objectives in terms of HSE, Production & Budget
- Participate and contribute to the elaboration of Operated assets LTP, annual budget, PDC’s, mid-term integrated planning
- Based on reservoir profiles, support the definition of flow assurance efficiencies for budget exercises

**Human Resources**:

- Contribute to the improvement of skills and know-how for site personnel
- Ensure flow assurance training of less-experienced collaborators
- Contribute to the improvement of know-how within the team

**Context and environment**
- Increasing level of activity in a multi-cultural setting
- Lease and operate philosophy - new strategy for the group
- No existing production operations in the affiliate - lean organisation - Particular need of cost control
- Education: Flow assurance Engineering or equivalent
- Professional experience: Minimum 8 years in the oil & gas industry, including 3 in Flow assurance
- Offshore experience: Site Technical Support or Site Technologist experience highly recommended
- Technical skills: Safety of persons, environment, and facilities (Safety Engineering & Well Integrity), Production, oil and gas processes, Treatment; well start-up, activation & intervention, Well Performance; metering; Flow assurance; Reservoir engineering (basics)
