You will be part of an innovative fast-growing Ag-Fintech company, whose mission is to revolutionize agricultural finance through data science and machine learning. You will be part of a dynamic and experienced team, contributing to reliable, resilient systems that help Traive deliver safely, early, and often. The goal is to build awesome, world-class products to help end users perform their daily job seamlessly.

**What would you be doing**:

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met
- Reviews design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the software product.
- Identifies, logs, and recreates error codes, bugs, and defects.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations
- Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product’s efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in development and/or product teams programming in languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, Java or similar object-oriented languages
- Knowledge of software and database testing including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored jobs, and error replication
- Ability to create test plans and cases from specifications or verbal communications
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and customer support
- Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman, Insomnia, or Curl
- Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment

**What is nice to have**:

- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Development experience with object-oriented languages
- Experience with writing automated tests with selenium, cucumber, or cypress.
