**Context**:
The Law department in Brazil, work effectively to attend all work demand about national and international project. We support roles within all department of the organization.

**Main duties**:

- Knowledge in business insurance will be a differential;
- Office Pack;
- Support and advise our Accounting, Finance, & Legal team on Administrative (public and private), Corporate & Commercial matters;
- Carry and analyze due diligence processes;
- Draft and review various commercial contracts and agreements and following post-completion formalities and obligations;
- Manage and mitigate legal risks by implementing company policies and procedures;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish ;
- French will be a plus;

- Bachelor degree in Law

- Ability to work collaboratively with any countries;
