The position of **Senior Sales Specialist located in São Paulo** within Dow Coatings and Performance Monomers business can be the right choice for you

The focus of this role is within Plastic Additives for Brazil and the South of Latin America. You will manage the sales and development of the entire portfolio with the key objective to maintain and grow in alignment with the business plan. Senior Sales Specialist gives support to accounts and is also accountable beyond selling processes with tasks inherent in the sales which connect with other functions and stakeholders, such as associations, to assure proper run of business. This includes generating leads, outlining sales territories, managing sales analytics, fixing the technical problem of a customer, giving support on customer's developments, etc. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and drive new business opportunities and loyalty.

**We are looking for someone who is energetic, and disciplined, with autonomy and a high bias for action. The ability to solve issues, establish trustful relationships and balanced technical skills is a must. This should be coupled with good selling skills to secure and accelerate top-line growth and profitability improvement in the portfolio.**

**In this position you will**:

- Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
- Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain a share market.
- Constantly map and monitor competitive outlook in the region and globally
- Maintain customer relationships and expand the network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
- Execute sales plan, delivering in volume and value.
- Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Product and Supply Chain.
- Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales plans. Get and analyze data to make decisions about new developments.
- Leads and conducts negotiations, technical develops and implements price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
- Leads technical support and troubleshooting at customers, connecting with global experts
- Collaborates with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Material Engineering
- Advanced in English
- Advanced in Spanish
- Fluent in Portuguese
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, **or** technical services

Experience with sales operations (planning, scheduling, and customer service)
