**What are we looking for?**

We are seeking an **O&M MANAGER VISTA ALEGRE**, located in **Sao Paulo**, to oversee availability and performance targets, provide leadership and direction to maintenance teams, and manage maintenance supervisors. This role will involve managing O&M third-party agreements to ensure compliance with all KPIs. The primary responsibility is for the Vista Alegre Solar Complex, with the potential to take on additional Atlas Solar Parks that are strategically and geographically close to Vista Alegre.

**What challenges will you face?**
- Performance and availability key performance indicators management, managing maintenance teams, searching and implementing improvements for operational plants;
- Ensure fitted performance of third parties contractors, following up results and performance of these teams on site;
- Ensure total compliance of H&S procedures and a good implementation of Atlas H&S management system
- Ensure total compliance of budget of O&M plants under your responsibility
- Management of site leaders ensuring that have fitted performance and keep your plants under good conditions and reaching out best results
- Lead leading Atlas PV, HV sites and outsourced O&M team.

**What specific knowledge do you need?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of English and Spanish
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewables plants
- Knowledge in solar softwares
