We are searching for the best talent for **Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist | University Recruitment** to be in **Bogotá, Colombia **or **São Paulo, Brazil.
**Purpose**:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Early, you will play a critical role in managing University Recruitment strategies to build a strong pipeline of students who wish to start and develop their careers at our organization. You will bring industry and recruiting knowledge to execute enterprise and business strategy, with a focus on attracting and retaining a diverse talent pool.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Engage with diverse talents to showcase our employer brand at Universities in Latin America.
- Collaborate in the creation of a recruitment plan for our Early in Career Programs, emphasizing inclusivity and diversity.
- Design attraction strategies for Schools and Universities in the region to identify a qualified & diverse pipeline of applicants.
- Communicate with Hiring Managers and HR Teams, ensuring their active involvement in the recruitment process.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to ensure a streamlined and inclusive selection process.
- Analyze critical metrics to continuously improve and ensure inclusivity in all our projects.
- Participate in and support other projects in the area, such as University Relations, Ambassador Programs, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong project management skills with experience in supporting the execution of large-scale projects, with a particular emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
- Experience with early in career recruiting programs is highly desirable, with a focus on creating equal opportunities for all applicants.
- Fluent English, with advanced Spanish and/or Portuguese as a plus (depending on your native language).
- Consulting and interviewing skills with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
