As the Head of HR Brazil and as part of the Brazilian Leadership team, you will be accountable for HR and talent activities in Brazil. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of HR strategies and activities that drive rapid organizational growth, team effectiveness, and team engagement for over 100 professionals, and growing. Reporting to the Head of HR in Intercontinental Region in the US and dotted line to the General Manager Brazil, you and your HR Professional direct report will manage activities that include, but not limited to:

- Driving global and regional HR priorities and strategies, developing local action plans and sharing and driving best practices. These include the areas of recruitment, talent management/development, succession planning, compensation, employee benefits and being a primary point of contact for employee relations needs. Manage the matrix reporting relationship providing regular progress and performance updates to regional stakeholder, providing guidance and direction and ensuring continued alignment. Act as the trusted local HR representative for Brazil’s employees to manage confidential issues guided by the thorough understanding of the local legal framework, e.g. labor and employment laws, is essential.
- Providing direction and coaching for people managers on a variety of employee issues including performance management, talent acquisition, compensation planning, and employee relations.
- Supporting coaching and development initiatives for team members through the identification of development opportunities and capability gaps.
- Accountable for the execution of core HR processes (i.e. objective setting, mid-year conversations, year-end calibrations, succession planning etc.).
- Over seeing and delivering training programs and new employee orientation using enterprise developed programs.
- Supporting the promotion process, investigations, and leave of absence programs.
- Ensuring appropriate adherence to local labor laws and compliance related reporting.
- Overseeing the administration of payroll and benefits within the country.
- Partnering with the HR COEs to deliver best practice solutions consistently.
- Acting as a consultant and advisor with evolving and significant understanding of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to further learning and capability within client group, own function, and broader organization
- Working in partnership with DE&I and the HR community, and the ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) to build a strong internal and external reputation as a great place to work for all and cultivate a strong external network of appropriate D&I connections
- Understanding and analyzing data, via the HR dashboard, to have a clear view of the organization’s talent and what the key priorities need to be in order to support business growth.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR management, or a related field, Master’s degree is a plus
- 10+ years of HR Business Partner / Generalist experience in a progressive HR function/organization
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence all levels of the organization
- People Management experience strongly preferred
- Aptitude to work independently and ability to navigate complex and highly matrixed environments
- Knowledge in HRIS systems preferred
- Strong DE&I experience
- Fluent in English
