Monitorar o status da operação de coleta (First Mile) da unidade e o tratamento das ocorrências, além de atuar como elo junto aos parceiros (3PLs) e motoristas
- Garantir que todas as coletas e rotinas sejam realizadas dentro dos parâmetros definidos
- Mapeando de causa raiz para implementar e controlar as ações corretivas e preditivas
- Desenvolver os indicadores de processo a partir dos bancos de dados disponíveis
- Atuar no desenvolvimento, implementação e controle de projetos, visando garantir a melhoria contínua dos processos e o aumento de produtividade operacional

**Requirements**:

- Ensino Superior completo
- Experiência em rotinas operacionais nas áreas de Transportes
- Excel Avançado
- Inglês Avançado
- Conhecimento em ferramentas para desenvolvimento de projetos
