Commission-Based SAAS Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Based SAAS Sales Representatives to join our team at Myezcare. As a SAAS Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales revenue by promoting and selling our innovative SAAS solutions to healthcare providers. This is a commission-based position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your sales performance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends within the healthcare industry.
- Present and demonstrate our SAAS solutions to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits in streamlining operations, enhancing patient care, and improving overall efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare provider customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue for both the customer and Myezcare.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis, continuously striving for sales excellence.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate sales records and reports using our CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the SAAS healthcare space.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and enhance the customer experience with our SAAS solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a commission-based role within the SAAS industry or healthcare sector.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively close deals and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with healthcare provider customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and a genuine interest in the healthcare and SAAS industries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve collective sales goals.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills to prioritize leads, opportunities, and customer interactions effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track the sales pipeline.
- Knowledge of the SAAS industry, healthcare trends, and technology advancements is a plus, allowing for informed discussions with potential customers.
As a commission-based SAAS sales representative, your earning potential will be directly tied to your performance and sales results. Myezcare will provide the necessary training, sales tools, and support to help you succeed in this role.
