We are seeking an innovative, agile, data-oriented Senior Compensation Analyst who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. This role will partner with business leaders in Human Resources, Sales, Operations, and Finance to create and maintain the compensation programs that are key to Loadsmart’s continued success.

The Senior Compensation Analyst plays a pivotal role in designing processes and calculating incentives that attract, retain, and reward our employees for their hard work. As an organization experiencing hyper-growth this is more than an administrative role. This is an opportunity to help build and calculate the incentives programs that help power the rocket.

We are a Series D-funded technology startup valued at over $1 billion (a tech unicorn), that has increased revenue by 200% year over year. Led by a team of logistics veterans and experienced engineers, product leaders, and data scientists, we continue to disrupt the $800 billion logistics industry in North America.

LOCATION*: Remote from anywhere in Latin America.

**What you get to do**:

- Create calculations and processes around managing our variable incentive plans
- Work closely with Payroll to provide timely and accurate payout information
- Identify, recommend, and implement revisions to our compensation programs when they no longer meet the needs of our business
- Create standardized and ad-hoc reporting for leadership related to compensation
- Identify and recommend ways we can utilize existing and new systems to streamline incentive calculations and provide greater transparency
- Participate in global market pricing activities, analyzing market data to develop and maintain compensation ranges
- Be an advisor for all compensation related matters
**You have experience**:

- Prior experience in the design and administration of Sales Compensation Plans
- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail action-oriented, hands-on, able to work independently and collaboratively with a sense of urgency
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills to analyze data and create meaningful, understandable models and reports; ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
- Conducting job analysis, benchmarking, and market pricing. Experience with Radford is a plus
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels, including senior management, and influence decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Handle confidential information with total discretion
- Ability to work flexibly to align with monthly deadlines
