Delivery & Farming Director at BairesDev
We are looking for a Delivery and Farming Director to join our management team. You will manage the relationship with our top customers and work in the field to ensure our customers are happy with our services. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to grow with one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate the relationship with our top clients. You will work at the client site, focusing on maintaining a healthy relationship with our existing business and cultivating business development opportunities.
- Track implementation results and KPIs.
- Coordinate the farming and delivery structures.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a Delivery or Client Services Sr. Manager, Director, or VP.
- 5+ years of experience working with US-based clients.
- A professional background focused on the software development industry.
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
- Excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English.
