Marketing and Communications Senior Director at BairesDev

We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Senior Director to join our Marketing & Communications team. You will develop and oversee the execution of our brand, creative, and communications strategies based on a deep understanding of our corporate goals. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and coordinate the Brand, Communications, Client Experience Marketing, Internal Marketing, and Employer Branding teams.
- Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market, and design a research-based brand strategy. Anticipate consumer trends and keep the brand up to date.
- Develop and pilot brand initiatives ensuring consistency with the tone of voice and brand messaging.
- Aid the Sales and Client Services teams to acquire new clients and generate more business from existing ones.
- Lead our external communications team to produce high-quality content.
- Report on the success of brand marketing campaigns.
- Guide the creative direction to meet the objectives of all publicity and public communications.
- Lead cross-functional project teams focused on the execution of branding programs, initiatives, and/or strategies.
- Influence, develop, communicate, and commit to the organization's vision, goals, and strategies, translating them into action plans.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- Proven work experience as a Brand Development and Communications Marketing Director.
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing a large high-performance team.
- Experience in B2B service marketing.
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and Advanced English level.

Desirable:

- Native English level.
- Advanced Spanish.
- Proven experience in Press & PR for relevant players in the US market.
