**What You'll Do**:

- The A&R Director will lead the conversation with artists managers and label owners to present The Orchard value proposition and identify the best negotiation model to make the partnership possible.
- This position will work closely with the international finance and Business Affairs team.
- You should be available for travels and willing to attend concerts, festivals, and music conferences
- You are a strategic thinker, problem solver, an exceptional creative executive with the proven ability to negotiate and create trustful relationships.

- You should have a great network in the music market and a good reputation, with at least 10 years of experience.
