Principal Product Manager

**What You'll Do**:
As we strive to accelerate our growth in Brazil, we are seeking a dynamic Principal Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our product and growth strategy. You will work alongside our team in Brazil to ensure our product offerings resonate deeply with customer needs, while effectively driving adoption and revenue growth. Engaging directly with customers to validate solutions and market needs will be a key part of your role. You will work with a broad set of stakeholders to define a multi-year strategy and lead the efforts to build the roadmap, vision, and priorities for supporting Docusign customers in Brazil. This role requires a unique blend of strategic product management, market analysis, and hands-on GTM execution.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Sr. Director, Product Management.

**Responsibility**Conduct detailed market research to understand local customer behaviors, preferences, and competitive landscapeAdapt product strategies to fit the nuances of the Brazilian marketGather continuous feedback from local customers, prospects, and partner ecosystem to influence product iterations and GTM strategiesCollaborate closely with the product design and development teams to prioritize features and improvements that address market-specific needs while aligning with the overall product roadmapDevelop comprehensive GTM strategies, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and distribution channelsDefine key success metrics and regularly track and analyze performance to optimize strategies and achieve growth targetsWork closely with design, marketing, sales, customer success, customer support, and other regional partners to implement GTM plansExperiment in ways that help us learn, and thoughtfully take those takeaways to develop repeatable playbooks that we can scale globally

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

**What You Bring**:
**Basic**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a business or technology related area of study
- 15+ years in product management or strategy roles with a Bachelor’s degree or 12+ years in product management or strategy roles with a Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of SaaS products and digital technology services within the Brazilian market
- Experience building and gaining consensus of cases for new product capabilities or innovations
- Experience successfully launching and scaling products in international markets while working in matrixed global organizations-Experience driving results through effective initiative management and cross-functional leadership
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the flexibility to travel internationally as needed

**Preferred**
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends into actionable insights and strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Brazilian-Portuguese, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cultures and across the organization (locally, regionally, and at global HQ)
- Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA)
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale technology products including new, existing, or legacy products tailored to the needs of the local market ecosystem
- Proven ability to collaborate well cross-functionally across organizational boundaries with Engineering, User Experience, Research, Product, Program Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Compliance, Security, Legal, Business Development, and Support
- Experience in consulting or related business disciplines involving compliance or regulatory requirements
