**Location: Brazil (Remote)**

We are looking for a Bilingual SEM Specialist fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage SEM campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others, specifically for our custom software, mobile, and web development services.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify new opportunities in both English and Chinese markets.
- Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and campaigns to improve conversion rates and drive qualified traffic.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and development) to align SEM strategies with business goals.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership and clients.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEM trends and industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing SEM campaigns, preferably in the custom software, mobile, or web development sectors.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
