Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide comprehensive support to attorneys, perform legal research, and maintain client files.

This role involves working closely with lawyers to ensure seamless case management and document preparation. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of related experience and/or a related degree, with fluency in English and Portuguese. Strong teamwork and confidentiality are also key aspects of this position.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare various legal documents.
  • Manage and organize case files and documents efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients for information gathering and updates.
  • Provide administrative support by handling clerical tasks, managing calendars, and answering phone calls.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for court by organizing documents and coordinating logistics.
  • Ensure legal compliance and assist in filing documents with courts.

Key Qualifications

  • 1 year of related experience and/or a related degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
