As our P&C Manager, you'll be at the heart of our commercial operations, leading initiatives that drive growth, optimize partnerships, and deliver outstanding results for our clients. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, perfect for someone who enjoys both big-picture planning and detailed execution.

**What You'll Do**:
**Drive Partnership Excellence**:

- Lead and inspire our Partnerships & Content team to achieve ambitious KPIs while maintaining best practices
- Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management to elevate our client offerings
- Spearhead continuous improvements in our service delivery
- Develop and implement partner retention strategies
- Secure and maintain exclusive partnership agreements

**Shape Business Strategy**:

- Transform client briefs into actionable, results-driven plans
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new product development
- Partner with Business Development to identify market opportunities
- Support proposal development and participate in closing key deals

**Lead Operational Excellence**:

- Optimize team performance through effective workload management
- Ensure delivery excellence through clear communication and proactive problem-solving
- Monitor and enhance profitability through cost management
- Develop and implement training frameworks for team development
- Drive operational improvements through process innovation
