**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and coordinate environmental projects for the company.
- Actively participate in the environmental licensing process.
- Organize, track, and monitor environmental actions, including air emissions, solid waste management, effluent monitoring, chemical usage tracking, and compliance with updated environmental legislation.
- Perform market benchmarking to propose process improvements and develop innovative projects.
- Plan and organize training activities and environmental services, ensuring documentation is relevant and up-to-date.
- Focus on continuous improvement in environmental processes while aligning with social responsibility and sustainable development goals.

**Skills/Experience**:

- **Required**:

- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on environmental projects and licensing.
- Strong knowledge of relevant environmental legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with licensing bodies and government organizations.
- **Desirable**:

- Experience with compensation plans.
- Familiarity with environmental management processes.

**Typical Background (Education & Experience)**:

- At least 5 years of experience in environmental projects and licensing.
- A degree in **Biology**or **Oceanography**. A background in environmental management is desirable.

**Business Travel Requirements**:

- Training and networking trips may be required, both domestically and internationally.

**Languages**:

- Fluent in English (advanced level required).
