**DESCRIPTION**: A Proposals & Contracts Administrator supports the Sales Manager by providing sales and marketing related support.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting Sales Managers in winning of new business
- Opening customer accounts by recording account information in the CRM system
- Gathering contact details of potential customers
- Acting as point of contact to sales agents
- Assisting in the preparation of materials for proposals and contracts
- Maintaining IT systems on all proposal and contract related data
- Effective communication with other individuals and teams
- Ensuring individual compliance with QHSE policy and procedures

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Qualification Or Skills**
- Strong commercial, financial and technical knowledge and understanding
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Professional experience in engineering, business administration or related areas
- The professional shall demonstrate 1-3 years minimum, in a (technical) Sales, Commercial or Project Administration
- Experience in private or public bids would be an asset
