Front Office Sales Agent

We have supportive managers, who care about the welfare of the employees and help them whenever it is necessary in a professional way. **You are a perfect fit for this job if**: You are available to relocate to Lisbon, Faro, or Porto; You have a VALID driving license—B Category; You have a passport; You have very good English skills; any other language known will be an advantage; You are characterized by integrity, perseverance, and determination, even in difficult situations; You have a positive and friendly attitude; You are persuasive and an extrovert; You have customer orientation abilities; You enjoy interacting with customers, even with the difficult ones; You are a team player; **In other words, we are looking for someone who**: is flexible, joyful, daring, and active; is organized and detail-oriented; LIKES to interact with customers; LIKES to guarantee an IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER CARE.; KNOWS FOR SURE that there is no “I can't” but only “I won't”. **Your responsibilities**: To attend to the client all the way through their rental contract; To sell additional services; To carefully complete the rental contract; To verify the accuracy of the data entered into the rental contract; To deliver the rental cars to the customers; To check the state of the vehicle to identify potential damages; To register the damages and indoor the amounts from the customers; To move the cars to parking spots; To help our colleagues from the car washer department. **Working hours**: Working from Monday to Sunday: 08:00 - 20:00 / 20:00 - 08:00 (altogether 2 hour break during a shift) - 4 days working (day/night) by 2 days off. **What we offer**: A net salary is 700 euro + 180 euro meal tickets + bonuses based on performance (500 - 1000 euro); Christmas and Holiday bonuses; Appreciation and appropriate remuneration for a job well done; The opportunity to visit our offices from other countries and get to know other cultures; We can help you with accommodation. **About us**: Our Company started with only 4 people and 7 cars (now we have more than 3000), but big ambitions We want to be the best, the biggest, and achieve that as a team.
