**About You and this Role**
Liferay is looking for Sales Operations to join the Sales and Global Operations team. If you are proactive, organized, have good communication and are willing to learn a lot about a decentralized multinational operation, this role is made for you
**Key Objectives**
- Support the development and strategies of Sales Operations
- Understand priorities and execute operational plans
- Optimize sales and operations efficiency through innovative thinking
- Improve systems and processes, and share good practices
- Work aligned with the Operations and Sales front team to achieve greater efficiency in the analysis of data and results
- Develop dashboards and analytical sales reports to provide insights and support data-driven decisions
- Provide access, training and support for all CRM users, as well as document and disseminate good practices of data usage and updates
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in Management or related field
- Experience with Sales
- Great communication abilities
- Advanced English skills. You should be able to communicate effectively in English
- Organization
- Collaboration
- Analytical thinking
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in SalesForce.
- Experience in BI tools such as Tablaeu.
- Experience in Sales Forecasting tools such as Clari
- Experience in tools such as Excel and Google Sheets (Macros, PivotTable..)
- Knowledge in languages related to data analysis
- Spanish skills is a plus
