**As well as developing the long term strategies, marketing is responsible for the development and execution of the annual brand plans, focusing on innovative ways to tell the brand story through communications and in store activation, and then share global best practices in these areas. It works with R&D on the identification of the right innovation growth pipeline which can remove barriers to penetration and unlock value.**

**What are we looking for?**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and correlates
- Solid background in marketing
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese, English and Spanish (Desireble)
- Robust leadership skills
- Managing vision and purpose as a strenght
- Experience in FMCG companies

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Define long term strategy and detail short and medium term plans for Mars Wrigley and Food Brands.
- Lead Brand Managers team, accountable for strategy, communication and brand P&Ls.
- Accountable for Portfolio strategy in Brazil (portfolio assortment, product adaptation and pricing strategy);
- Accountable for New Business and Licensing area.
- Through leading the area, deliver business target results (NSV, market share, equity measures and profitability).
- Responsible to provide a category business diagnosis and follow up analysis that considers market indicators, competition and consumer analysis, to support business decisions
