Every day will bring new and exciting challenges on the job while you: - Learn and use groundbreaking technologies - Interact with leading technologists around the world and resolve customer issues - Drive customer communication during critical events" **Required Technical and Professional Expertise** Required Technical Expertise - Solid understanding of the client-server network communication and protocols - Deeply understand relational database architecture - Skills in the following database products and technologies: - Oracle Database (11g, 12c, 18c) - Oracle RAC - Oracle Dabase backup mechanisms (RMAN, BEGIN/BACKUP) - Be familiar with Unix and Windows Server interface and administrative tasks (services, processes, daemons, filesystems, networking) - Multiple cloud service providers (AWS, Google Gloud, Azure, IBM Cloud) - Systems performance analysis and troubleshooting Required Professional Skills - Proactivity - Ability to communicate in English (reading and writing) - Collaborative and team work - Clear and concise communication - Have a good understanding of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) / LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) **Preferred Technical and Professional Experience** '- Basic or Intermediate English - Previous experience with Oracle Database administration - Skills in other relational database systems (MAXDB, MySQL, DB2, Microsft SQL, Postgree, Progress) - Scripting languages (PowerShell, Shell Script, Python) **Required Education** Bachelor's Degree **Preferred Education** Bachelor's Degree Kyndryl is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
