IT Intern

Requisition ID: 35029- Job Location(s): Osasco, BRDanfoss is looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern who is ready to take on new challenges. The Intern will support the team and employees in creating an engaged and productive workforce through Danfoss policies, programs and practices. This position will provide direct IT support for: employees, infrastructure (networks), handling on tickets and direct technical support, updating department indicators and reports.

**Responsibilities**:
Shared responsibilities for this position are comprised of, but not limited to the following:

- Support and monitoring of IT calls, tickets and users
- Support in the data gathering and handling indicators
- Windows OS and MS Office support
- Engage on IT projects

**Background & Skills**:

- Studying higher education in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, Networking or related IT topics
- Be available to intern in person
- Office and Windows packages knowledge domain
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Like challenges
- Have an analytical and proactive profile
- Advanced English
- Desirable ITIL and Power BI certification or knowledge
