- Responsável por manter boa relação com vendedores (sellers) do marketplace através de contatos realizados diariamente via videoconferências e ligações telefônicas;
- Compartilhar conhecimento e guiar vendedor através de uma trilha de conhecimentos sobre as principais ferramentas de plataforma da Shopee;
- Engajar os vendedores, durante as reuniões, na utilização das ferramentas comerciais e operacionais disponibilizadas pela plataforma visando o aumento da excelência operacional e performance de vendas;
- Preparar relatórios e fornecer informações detalhadas sobre os sellers assistidos à liderança, a fim de executar as estratégias definidas;
- Contribuir para a eficiência operacional geral da equipe e esforços de aprendizado contínuo;
- Responsável por coordenar projetos e iniciativas desenvolvidos para a melhoria contínua do Programa de Aceleração, bem como fornecer ideias, dados e sugerir possíveis melhorias;
- Contribuir para a eficiência operacional geral da equipe e esforços de aprendizado contínuo;
- Conduzir a identificação e resolução de lacunas de conhecimento/capacidade da equipe;
- Desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos e orientações para RMs;
- Auxílio na gestão de equipes e suporte ao Senior Associate (Coordenador);
- Desenvolver uma compreensão profunda da plataforma Shopee e seus recursos;
- Identificar, de forma independente, oportunidades de otimização nas lojas Shopee, comunicar essas oportunidades de forma clara e impulsionar a implementação;
- Traduzir as necessidades do vendedor em um plano acionável, aproveitando os recursos e ferramentas da Shopee;
- Contribuir e compartilhar com a equipe planos de ação voltados à retenção do engajamento de vendedores no Programa de Aceleração;
- Desenvolvimento de análises através de painéis e relatórios que podem apoiar a definição da estratégia de vendas do vendedor em escala;
- Compartilhar com a equipe as melhores práticas e tendências identificadas durante as interações com os vendedores;
- Desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos fundamentais para a execução das tarefas e atuação rumo ao objetivo da área e dos projetos;
- Contribuir com a coordenação e desenvolvimento do grupo/esquadrão do time com suporte do líder;
- Liderar reuniões internas para discutir, alinhar e acompanhar a execução dos planos semanais.
**Requirements**:
- Mandarim avançado (mandatório);
- Nível avançado de Inglês;
- Graduação superior em Administração, Comunicações e cursos relacionados;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal;
- Boa capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas;
- Nível avançado do MS Office, especialmente Excel e Powerpoint.
