Mid tail seller management is a program with a focus on providing assistance to mid-tail sellers - the next tier of sellers that are not managed by clusters. It follows a more massive, systematic approach than cluster management, with the goal of covering a larger seller base to provide basic support in commercial and operational issues and deal nomination for campaigns and flash sales.
**Job description**
- Define, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for mid-tail sellers
- Hire, train and manage a team of Sales and Account Managers to help grow and manage your portfolio of merchants (mid-tail). This will continue to grow as the segment grows or the program under management grow
- Develop scalable online merchandising and promotion strategies to achieve sales targets
- Optimize account management activities to support accelerated sellers' growth. This can be done by enhancing seller selection, optimizing commercial engagement, streamlining seller support of merchants under management
- Carry out analysis & survey to better understand merchant requirements and behavior
**Requirements**:
- Availability to work in São Paulo/SP (hybrid work)
- Graduation degree
- Proven eCommerce working experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Bilingual in Portuguese and English
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate and evaluate analysis
- Super business acumen
- Previous management and leadership experience
- Excellent communication capability
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
