**About the Role**
- **Leadership and Development**: In this pivotal role, you will not just manage, but ignite and cultivate the potential within the LATAM sourcing team. You will be a visionary leader, responsible for inspiring coaching, fostering exponential growth, enabling peak performance, and strategically developing each team member. You'll wear many hats; driver, passenger, traffic director, and mechanic, all in an unwavering effort to optimize the performance and elevate the experience of our exceptional team.
- **Talent Discovery**:Collaborate with recruiting and technical leadership to understand hiring priorities. Partner with Talent Intelligence to become a LATAM talent market expert, leveraging tools for optimized workflows. Develop a historical understanding of regional hiring, and work with Recruiting, Sourcing, and function leads to build and deploy effective search strategies, enabling the team with search recommendations and optimizing talent identification and management.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Minimum of 3 years in a management role.
- Experience presenting to Director+ audiences.
- Proficiency in data storytelling and influencing collaborative outcomes.
- Fluent English and Portuguese
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to retrieve, contextualize, and present data using tools like Sheets/Excel, Tableau, and GDS.
- A robust understanding of AI tools and experience building custom projects is a plus.
- Experience hiring in organizations committed to fostering a diverse workforce.
- Experience in sourcing, full-cycle recruiting management, talent research, or recruiting in a fast-paced environment; talent intelligence experience is a plus.
