Meta is seeking to fill a full-time position of Latam Sourcing Manager - Technology and Facilities, in our Latam Source to Pay Organization. As a key role in the regional Sourcing team, you will be responsible to manage certain Technology, Security, Facilities Operations and Real Estates spend categories and work in partnership with our global counterparts. This person will work closely with multiple business groups and will drive engagement and sourcing strategies with our stakeholders to support a continuous fast business growth. This position is located in São Paulo, Brazil.

**LATAM Sourcing Manager - Facilities & IT Responsibilities**:

- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company to strategically manage spend and the supply base for the Technology and Facilities category
- Understand the strategic business objectives and procurement requirements and develop sourcing strategies and category roadmaps to support the business objectives
- Source, negotiate, contract and manage spend categories under their responsibility
- Identify and report key performance metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
Prepare sourcing documents, contracts, statements of work and related procurement documents
- Provide regular communication and training on processes and systems
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company to strategically manage spend and the supply base for their categories
- Manage, coordinate, and support special projects as needed
- Build strategic relationships with external suppliers and internal business partners to drive results and influence business decisions
- Partner with the global and regional Sourcing teams by working on category management and functional projects and initiatives

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- BS degree in business, engineering, supply chain, logistics, procurement, finance, business administration or management
- Proven ability to think and perform both strategically and tactically
- 7+ years of experience managing spend categories regionally or globally
- Proven skills in partnering with stakeholders in order to develop the best strategies for the businesses
- Highly motivated and able to think clearly under pressure
- Strong communication and proven influencing
- Supplier management, negotiation, contract management and compliance experience required with a particularly strong business background in Latin America
- Strong understanding of various LATAM regional nuances (eg. currency and tax regulations)
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and cross functional teams
- Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
- Proven ability to think and perform both strategically and tactically
- Ability to influence people in the process of change mindset
- Ability to foster a positive environment of process integration
- Ability to challenge, drive and build change and improve the end-to-end processes
- Ability to navigate in a fast changing and ambiguous environment
- English and Portuguese fluent

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in Facilities, Real Estates, Security and Technology services
- Experience in people management
- Spanish fluent
- MBA
