Assistant Finance

What you will do:

- Access banks to confirm cash balance and to issue bank statements.
- Support team on cash flow updates.
- Save and archive payment proof.
- Support team on inputting payments at the bank.
- Help and support other teams with any questions related to AP activities.
- Support team on identifying payments made by customers.
- Help and support other teams with any questions related to AR activities.
- Get in touch with customers to follow up on overdue invoice’s status.
