**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage prospective clients within various industries.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Present our services to potential clients.
- Close deals and negotiate contract terms in alignment with company goals.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on sales activities and client engagements.
- Collaborate with our sourcing team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in B2B sales
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Access to your own sales tools (CRM, phone, computer, etc.).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
**Additional Information**:
- This is a 1099 contractor position with a commission-only compensation structure.
- There is no cap on the number of new clients you can bring in.
- You will have the flexibility to manage your own book of business or work with provided leads.
