RINA Brazil is currently recruiting a **Payroll Analyst** to join its office based in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for the entire management of the payroll routines of RINA's personnel department and benefits processes in Latam Region (Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Chile, Panama, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, etc.;
- Ensure payments provided for by law and deliveries of internal processes through the monthly schedule for all business units and clients (Petrobras, ENEL, etc.);
- Ensure that the team delivers the accessory labor obligations respecting the legal deadlines;
- Completation of Payroll Procesess - Control the calculations of vacation pay, payroll, termination and benefits, ensuring that the member is paid monthly, correctly and that they have their due coverage;
- Control FolhaCerta app, the bank hours data, and be the main interface for leaders to control the hours to be compensated with the purpose of not generating overtime pay;
- Ensure that payroll and benefits cost information is correctly made available;
- Affirm that the delivery of financial schedule, payroll and business benefits reports is done on time;
- Ensure the posting of documents referring to mandatory items of clients Book;
- Ensure the accounting and financial reconciliation of payroll and benefits accounts;
- Ensure the implementation of labor and social security legislation updates in the payroll system.
- Support other HR activities in the area.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Complete higher education in Administration or Accounting;
- Advanced Office Package (Primary, Excel);
- Knowledge in the Sap System (Success Factors) is a plus;
- Solid experience with Labor and Social Security Legislation, Accounting Reconciliation, Calculations and routines of the Personnel Department;
- DCTFWeb, E-social, etc.
- **English Advanced mandatory**:

- Spanish is a plus
