**About the role**:

- Responsible for monthly salary processing, ensuring correct procedures related to vacations, terminations, Christmas bonus, transfers and all activities related to payroll;
- Knowledge of E-Social/DCTFWEB and ensure the correct submission/payment of labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, DIRF, RAIS, etc.);
- Communicate with all levels of the organization effectively by responding promptly and providing friendly customer service;
- Document and maintain payroll procedures;
- Keep up to date with labor legislation and social security issues;
- Support for internal/external audits;
- Support the accounting and financial areas in payroll accounting;
- Support activities related to time and absence management;
- Ensure compliance with audits and legislation;
- Other business-related activities;
- Desirable knowledge related to benefits activities.

**About you**:

- Graduated in Human Resources, Accounting, Administration or related areas;
- Experience with all payroll routines (hire process, dismissal, vacation, monthly process, etc.);
- Knowledge of e-Social;
- Advanced in English;
- Labor legislation deep knowledge;
- Digital Native - deep knowledge in Office Package, in special Excel (index matching, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) and MS Forms;
- Desirable LG System (FPW) knowledge;
- Data management and analysis (incl. tools like Power BI) and Story telling (Data advisory) is a plus
- Analytical and attentive to details, process improvement mindset
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines
- Ability to interact effectively with internal customers and external suppliers
- Self-driven with teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills, take personal responsibility on professional development
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability, and embraces change
