PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Time sheet control, hiring and dismissal management, payroll analysis, contract and charge terminations, report preparation, analysis and monitoring of labor and social security legislation.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Specific Job Responsibilities:

- Admission and dismissal of employees.
- Vacation control.
- Control of selective, periodic and dismissal exams.
- Control of medical certificates, paid leave.
- Monitoring of Labor Legislation and Collective Agreement.
- Analysis of payroll, charges and contract terminations.
- Preparation of employment contracts.
- Control of employee time sheets.
- Preparation of expense control and employee cost reports.
- Payroll tax analysis.
- Analysis of the adequacy of the provisions for vacations and 13th salaries
- Preparation of reports and information for accounting.
- Report of costs and information to global Management.
- Generation of CNABs for making payments.
- E-socia

Pay: R$6,000.00 - R$8,000.00 per month
